I would go and get my ends trimmed regularly ...then I would do some at home deep conditioning. You can go to Sally's Beauty Supply and get a good ';deep'; conditioner you can either get it in packs or a jar of it ...i would recommend getting a jar ..and its not really expensive and get a pack of processing caps. Then I would wash my hair then apply a generous amount of conditioner and then put on a processing cap then take a thin damp towel and microwave it for 35-45 seconds and wrap it around your hair. I would leave this on for an hour or longer if you want just remember to keep reheating the towel. Then when you are done rinse really well and at the end of the rinse turn the water to cold and rinse really quick in just cold water. I would do this two or three times a week if time will allow it . Drink lots of water and try to eat healthy and remember to get your hair trimmed and try and let your hair air dry whenever you can and your hair will start to get healthy again. And when your ready you can still use your flat iron and things just remember to do a deep conditioning at least once a week even once your hair gets healthy.....

You can good a good deep conditioning treatment or jar at Sally's and it isn't expensive and make sure you ask the clerk there that it is a color safe product, i feel certain it will be but you never know. my hair is long and healthy again.. i use garnier fructis now that my hair is healthy again .. and i am truly amazed!!! :D its in better condition than ever before.

But its a fabulous shampoo and conditioner; my hair is kind of thin and long, and i use the S%26amp;C and its wonderful!
I do see a diference in the texture of my hair, which is fantastic haha so i recomend it, but not for growth or thickness of hair.Does mane and tail shampoo really works to thicken ur hair????
the best way to get your hair thicker is to use a thickening shampoo and conditioner and then a thickening balm/cream as your blow dry lotion. i really suggest that as a hairdresser!! u can pop into almost any salon and your looking at about $75-80 on the 3. Best of luck

sorry, but thickness of hair is generally a matter of genetics. either you have it or you don麓t. there are lots of things you can put in your hair to make it appear thicker (usually have the word ';volumizing'; on them) but nothing is really going to make your hair thicker.

Massaging makes a lot of difference to the rate at which hair grows so a regular massage is recommended to speed up the process. Lavender oil has been shown to increase hair growth so massage the oil once a week and soak for 30 minutes before washing. unfortunatley, i don't think there are any products out there to drastically thinken hair. i had very thin hair for years and hated it, i tried eveything you could possibly think of that never worked. i finally just got a perm a couple years ago. and although it deff thinkened my hair, it absolutley killed it, and its still completley fried. i would suggest just trying to scrunch it with hair spray gel (my favorite is loreal paris..the ';new studio tightly wound) to make it appear fuller.ballet
