Do hair thickening shampoos work?

i have kinda thin hair. i feel like im losing it, but it looks the same as always, so im assuming its just thin. i think now that im a little older i've noticed that its thinner, but i think its the same as its always been. im trying to take preventative measures as much as possible.Do hair thickening shampoos work?
No they don't. Some add a ';special protective layer'; aka - build up, while others open up the hair shaft which is not good for your hair either because it can easily tangle this way.

There are no products that work. And you can take all the vitamins in the world, but the only thing they will do, and it'll take a while before you see results, is they will help to strengthen your hair and make it appear more shiney, it won't add to the hairs thickness or volume.Do hair thickening shampoos work?
use the pantene shampoo for thickening hair..

it works.
Go to a hair salon and ask them for a shampoo for thick hair. Not sure were your from but in the UK there is a shampoo called Micheal Paul and it's really good for thickening hair. Good Luck.
Try Mane and Tail. It worked for me when I was using it. :)
Some do. Some are cheap. Ask your hairstylists for a recommended one.
Yeah they work while you use them, once you stop though thats it. They have an additive so that your hair seems thicker.
NOOOO. do u actually think u can get ur hair as thick and shiny on the commercials? nope buddy
Try using baby shampoo i used it and my fair felt really thick use baby conditionder if you find it too thick
i don't think tht they work.....

No,well at least form my experience..just a bunch of b.s
Some do. I'd go with a Salon brand like Matrix. They can get you better results. You should also invest in rogaine also. It would certainly help. My dad uses it and he has GREAT hair :)
