Does anyone know of a thickening cream or shampoo that acutally works for your hair?

I've tried everything and can't seem to find anything that works. I'm willing to pay what I need to so my hair is thick. It's currently very thin and long. Thank you!Does anyone know of a thickening cream or shampoo that acutally works for your hair?
if u dont like the way ur head looks like u have no hair...
