Do thickening shampoo & conditioner really work?

if they do can you please tell me which ones do work?

please %26amp; thank you %26lt;3.Do thickening shampoo %26amp; conditioner really work?
these don;t actually make each strand of hair thicker as hair is dead, so it can not change (unless of course you colour it) however there are products that help to volumize it and add fullness. Also, changing the shampoo %26amp; conditioner you use every 2 weeks will help your hair stay fresh. Your hair tends to get used to the same product and changing it up is a good idea. If you still have some left in the bottle, use it again after the next 2 weeks are up.

The best thing to do to add volume to your hair is to style it with a blow drier. Always works wonders for my hair. Any mousse will work fine, if you go to the drugstore and ask a cosmetician (if theres one that works there) and they will be able to tell you. Even just looking at the labels is good enough. You can pick the one you want, apply it to your wet hair out of the shower (about the size of a coin or two) and work it in.

Brush it out, blow dry it with your fingers first to take the initial extra moisture out, and then use a super large round brush to finish drying. Divide your hair into sections and begin drying the bottom layer first. I usually divide my hair into 3-4 layers.

Blow drying just gives it volume, if you still want to continue styling it use a thermal serum (any will do) and apply it to the tips of your hair, AND ONLY A LITTLE BIT. If you put too much all the way through your hair it will weigh it down. This stuff is only to protect the ends of your hair from frying when you use a straightener. You can use a straightener to further straighten and even curl your hair...

I know this is WAAAy more info than you asked for, but I dont think that shampoos and conditioners work on their own.

Hope this helped, good luck!

edit: by the way, i find that using sh %26amp; c separately makes my hair heavy and flat so I try to use ones that come 2in1... i know that pantene makes 2in1 sh %26amp; c's...Do thickening shampoo %26amp; conditioner really work?
hardly.

and at that, i'm going to say you'll notice a subtle difference if you use it and you have EXTREMELY healthy hair.

i know this because my little brother used my shampoo once and i noticed it when i combed through his hair. and he's never screwed around with his hair, so i know its healthy.
honestly, no.

its like the shampoos and conditioners that say they can make your hair straighter or longer or non frizzy. they r all the same and no shampoo or conditioner can do that type of thing to your hair.
Nope-try natural shampoos from Whole Foods if you are losing hair
sunsilk works really well. all my friends say that garnier fructis works well. i like dove a lot too for conditioning
