Does thickening shampoo make hair thicker AND longer?

My hair is super fine and I want to make it thicker. Will it also make my hair longer though? I had very long hair (about up to my elbow) up until March of last year when I chopped my hair off an inch or two past the shoulder - since then it has maybe grown about two or three inches. My hair also used to be super thick but when I got my hair chemically straightened, it made my hair very, very thin. Will thickening shampoo make my hair thicker as well as longer?Does thickening shampoo make hair thicker AND longer?
Thickening shampoos can help to add volume to the hair shaft, by coating the shaft or slightly swelling the cuticle layer. It will not make your hair look longer.Does thickening shampoo make hair thicker AND longer?
contrary to the name, no, they do not make the hair thicker. thickness has nothing to do with the length of your hair, so no that won;t be part of it. chemical processes done to the hair can leave wear and tear for a while though. thickening shampoos just give hair volume and lift, making the illusion of thicker hair.
No, try a healthy diet and vitamins. If possible, try not to get anymore relaxers because getting them cause the hair to become thin, dry, and weak over time.
try hair oil; it really works! put it on at nite before bed and wake up and shampoo it off. usually coconut hair oil works the best but try others to suit ur hair
